What’s included in my pass?
Below is a breakdown of what is included by pass type:

The Platinum Pass includes all the Main Event Pass benefits PLUS
- Day 1 Masterclasses w/Lunch
- Post-Event Session Recordings
No need to pre-register for any of the sessions on the agenda! Attendees are welcome to select their desired session right on site.
Masterclasses are a selection of morning intensives that take place on August 25, 2021, 8:30am – 12:30pm. These are included in the Platinum Pass. If you currently hold a Main Event Pass, you can upgrade your pass level to include the Masterclasses here.
If you did not receive your confirmation receipt email upon registration, you can login to digitalsummit.com/login with the same email on your registration. If you haven’t set up an account or don’t remember your password, you can trigger a password reset from that login page. Once logged in you’ll find your downloadable receipt under the Orders section.

With the return to live Digital Summit events in some cities in 2021, the DS team is dedicated to ensuring a great experience and keeping you safe during any ongoing pandemic conditions in the U.S. For the cities where we’re planning in-person events, please see all the measures below that we will be following to ensure everyone’s safety regarding the spread of the COVID-19 virus.

‣ Morning Coffee Social: Thursday, August 26, 2021 from 7:30am – 8:30am
‣ Networking Break: Thursday, August 26, 2021 from 10:30am – 11:00am
‣ Closing Reception: Thursday, August 26, 2021 from 4:30pm – 5:30pm
What else do I need to know?
If you require special assistance (nursing moms, accessibility, allergies, etc.), please contact email@example.com to provide advance notice by August 2, 2021. Requests made after this date may not be accommodated.
You’ll find a range of attire at the conference but generally most attendees are in business casual. Temperatures in conference halls may fluctuate widely. It’s advised to dress in layers and wear comfortable shoes.
Attendees registered with a Platinum Pass will receive an email within one week of event closing with information on how to access the session recordings via the Digital Summit Resource center. Please note that resources are not available to download and will be accessible for 1 year.
If you’re currently registered with a Main Event Pass, you can upgrade your pass level on the cart page to receive this benefit.
It’s of utmost importance to us that the conference be informative, valuable and fun for all. If there is anything we can do to make for a better experience, please let us know by filling out our post-event survey immediately following the conference. We read EVERY one, and use them to shape our future conferences.
Due to facility capacity, space is limited and early registration is encouraged. Cancellations received before August 2, 2021, are refundable. Cancellations received after August 2, 2021 are non-refundable. We do our best to offer a great value year after year to all attendees but due to the unpredictability of live events, we are not able to offer any refunds or partial credits post event – as a result of speaker cancellations, weather challenges or other issues outside of Digital Summit’s control.
Passes are transferrable to other Digital Summit event locations taking place within a year of the event. Passes may also be transferred to another person. Pass transfers must be requested prior to Day 1 of the event. No-shows will be charged full conference fees. Pass Transfers are non-refundable.
